The AAMC has joined the American Council on Education and 23 other higher education groups on an amicus brief calling for a delay in implementation of a new Title IX rule. The AAMC has previously expressed concerns about changes in Title IX rules that would undermine the ability of higher education institutions to ensure prompt, equitable, and fair resolution of sexual harassment allegations.
