My most recent read related to Covid19-quarantine lifestyle changes was a series of interviews with several female executives who discussed the lifestyle changes they will keep post-pandemic. They ranged from allowing themselves more schedule flexibility to learning to say "no" as a self-care strategy, to forming better relationships with neighbors and friends. I'm curious if any of the changes mentioned in the article resonate with you. Do you also have some lifestyle changes since the pandemic that you plan to stick with going forward?
