Some know him from his side gig at the NIH, or have seen him on tour with the White House Coronavirus Task Force, but Dr. Francis Collins is also the musician we need right now. This oldie-but-goodie is a tribute to all of the recent graduates out there and the faculty who supported them.

To honor Dr. Francis Collins, and the announcement that he will step down as director of the NIH after serving for twelve years, this post of him singing, is a fitting tribute to honor him and his legacy and devotion to the medical community and academic medicine. Read more about the AAMC's and @David Skorton and @Ross McKinney official statement on his work and leadership.

I'm not sure that he incorporated any music in his thoughts, but after serving 12 years and three presidents as director of the National Institutes of Health, the Dr. Francis Collins shares some final thoughts on the pandemic, this country's deep divisions, and the future of biomedical research.
