The Inbox feature on this platform allows you to send and receive direct messages from other community members. You can find the Inbox via the envelope icon at the upper right corner of your screen (on both desktop and mobile devices). It is also accessible from your profile page.
In addition to supporting direct messages, the Inbox manages contact requests, invitations to join other communities on this platform, and system-wide updates and notifications.
Anytime you are logged into the community network, the number to the left of the envelope icon will show you how many unread messages you have waiting in your inbox.
