My school is currently re-thinking our approach to curriculum review. We have a thorough, annual process for curriculum evaluation, via performance outcomes (e.g., Step 1, Step 2, home-grown exams, Subject Exams, Match rate, OSCEs, etc.) and evaluation data (e.g., home-grown evaluations, GQ data, Y2Q data, our Residency Preparedness Survey data, etc.) and we do horizontal curriculum content review well, but we are trying to figure out how to put it all together into a single process that also incorporates a more vertical approach to curriculum content review and we are eager to hear how other schools manage this.
