    Thanks, community members, for contributing your book recommendations.  We've compiled those here, along with a few other recommended reading lists for folks interested in medicine.

    • "Made to Stick: Why Some Ideas Survive and Others Die" by Chip and Dan Heath
    • "Furiously Happy: A Funny Book About Horrible Things" by Jenny Lawson
    • "Guns, Germs and Steel: The Fates of Human Societies" by Jared Diamond
    • "Bad Blood: Secrets and Lies in a Silicon Valley Startup" by John Carreyrou
    • "The Coddling of the American Mind: How Good Intentions and Bad Ideas Are Setting Up a Generation for Failure" by Greg Lukianoff and Jonathan Haidt
    • "The Great Influenza: The Story of the Deadliest Pandemic in History" by John M. Barry
    • "Leadership: In Turbulent Times" by Doris Kearns Goodwin recounts the lives of Abraham Lincoln, Theodore Roosevelt, Franklin Roosevelt and Lyndon Johnson.
