Hello, colleagues!
At University of Illinois Chicago College of Medicine, we are looking for activities that students in core clerkships could perform in a standardized way without the use of standardized patients. This activity could then count toward their clinical grade portion of their clerkship.
Especially of interest:
- Blinded rating options (to reduce bias)
- Scoring that can be reviewed by busy clinicians but could incorporate trained non-clinician raters with a rubric for the first pass at a score.
- Multiple modalities (not relying on high-end simulation for introduction and practice of basic clinical skills)
We do have access to Aquifer, Osmosis, and other similar tools.
Does anyone use ReelDx
