Discussion around habits isn't reserved for just a New Year's resolution these days. Whether you're reading BJ Fogg's Tiny Habits or James Clear's Atomic Habits (both great resources - anyone out there read and find them helpful?), talking about good habits, or kicking bad ones is all the buzz.

But not all habits are created equal. Are you doing any of these bad habits, that are draining you?
    1. Working in a cluttered place
    2. Not drinking enough water
    3. Slouching
    4. Working with too many tabs open (This was after I closed about half - don't judge me!)
    5. Living cooped up inside
    6. Taking a call in the middle of work
    7. Watching emotional shows
    8. Procrastinating doing little tasks

In our day we do some mindless habits that we need to be aware of and we need to change them because it is affecting our health. Whether you identify with one or a few of these, chances are that you need to change some mindless bad habits yourself. Check out this article that has some suggestions on how to fix them.

What other tips do you have to fix bad habits or create new ones?
