Presence is a powerful leadership tool. I think this article will be very helpful to leaders who are learning to use teleconferencing and other "work from home" technologies for the first time. Demonstrating leadership presence as you engage with the persons you lead is always a challenge. The "new normal" created by the COVID 19 pandemic requires leaders to acquire new skills. Learning to demonstrate telepresence is a good place to start.
