April is Stress Awareness Month (did we need a special month to make us aware of our stress level?). This month we’re embracing Wellness Wednesdays by offering you some ways to cope with stress through yoga, meditation, and stretching exercises. We will share videos made exclusively for the AAMC, and we welcome your suggestions and stress-reducing tips as well.
