I'm interested in hearing from those with student-run clinics about how you are managing this situation.  Given the general guidance to limit students exposure to these patients, how are you managing your student-run clinics that have large numbers of students participating in direct patient care?  Are you canceling them? Adding additional faculty?  Training students to triage?

    Timothy,
We have begun a discussion with the faculty leadership of our student run Health Outreach Programs (free clinics) here at Drexel in Philadelphia. While we do not yet have cases in our city, there has not been much testing and we feel strongly it is likely present in the community, so we are trying to be proactive. We are convening a meeting with our student leaders shortly. I know other schools are considering suspending operations, but we have as of yet not made the decision to do so.

Hi Timothy - ours are suspended with backup care for patients identified.
