Is anyone willing to share any systems they have developed for tracking research productivity? Some have proposed a research RVU synonymous with the clinical wRVU. Does anyone have experience creating or using such a metric? Also, does anyone provide incentives for grant acquisition (ie. new R01) or have other incentive plans for research faculty. Any feedback appreciated!!!
