Simulation policy changes for group sessions

    Hello All

In the last few weeks, since I asked what people's thoughts were for changes to accommodate groups simulation sessions, we've done a lot of planning. Our in-person group sessions and courses start back up as of next week. I've attached three things that we are utilizing.

Document 2.12 is the detailed policies and protocols for my staff. It gives the overall details for everything we do and what we require of participants.

Document 2.13 is what we will email to all participants (faculty and learners) 1-2 days prior to their scheduled session or course. That way we hope everyone is on the same page before they arrive.

The last is an example of the signed COVID policy from our electronic sign-in process. Everyone who comes here will have to sign-in. I hope that contact tracing is never necessary, but our sign in process is a big part of what would allow us to do that if necessary. We utilize Envoy, a visitor management SAAS. Everyone who comes here, even for a meeting, we'll have date/time stamped name, email, phone, and what they were here for (which will tell us what room they were in so we know who else might have been exposed). They also digitally sign the COVID policy that's attached and it sends a copy to their email address.

Hope this helps anyone starting to plan their in-person sessions.
