Sharing a tip that was raised over in the Institutional Advancement community, that has broader applications in other contexts too:
The University of Virginia Medical Alumni Association is hosting two White Coat Ceremonies this week. As part of the ceremony registration form, each student was required to submit a video file of themselves pronouncing their names (slowly) three times. Not only will this ensure a smooth and respectful ceremony for the new medical students, but will be a great aid to the senior associate dean for education who is responsible for reading the names of each student as they are presented with their coats.
What a great idea! Thanks to @Sarah Rothschild for sharing.
