Are any of you guys trying to run Multiple Mini Interview sessions with potential students via Zoom or another remote conferencing system?
Our admissions group has tried to use the breakout rooms in Zoom to simulate the multiple interview rooms we would have normally had in a live enviroment. It is cumbersome to move these interviewees from room to room. You can do an auto assignment into break out rooms, but this only works for one assignment per session, you can't use this feature to rotate people from room to room.
Has anyone tried to automate this process using Zoom or another application? If so any tips or work processes you've found to make this easier?
