    And, ICYMI, last month the AAMC launched a new initiative to address and eliminate gender inequities, which seems very timely & relevant as we celebrate #WomensHistoryMonth. Our commitment to improving gender equity is just one piece of the AAMC's long-term commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in academic medicine overall. 

    I'd love to hear from you about physicians who are breaking barriers on the job or in their personal lives to make medicine more inclusive and equitable.
