    Happy New Year all!

    As many of you know, we launched a virtual negotiations course in 2020 as part of the Joan Giambalvo Award.  Well, the data are in... this course actually (statistically significantly) improves not only women's perceived knowledge and confidence in negotiating, but also the rates at which they negotiate and their perceived outcomes!  See here for a video with the data:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KFwl9Ekw5gU (For those who want to get straight to the outcomes, jump ahead to 27:18).  In any event, the first course for the New Year is scheduled for Jan 22 and 29 (the course runs over 2 Saturdays for 1.5 hrs each day, with homework in between).  Please participate, and have your faculty and senior trainees participate as well!  You can sign up here:  https://negotiation-101.square.site/
