Hello Medical Education Colleagues!
I am a curriculum developer at Michigan State University. As part of my graduate work in educational technology at MSU, I am exploring medical students' foundational biomedical science and systems knowledge and their ability to apply this knowledge to clinical scenarios in clerkship.
To learn more about this, I created a nine-question survey. Would you consider responding? If you can participate, here is the link:
https://forms.office.com/r/bvMNLycxUH (the survey will close April 26).
Please feel free to share this survey with anyone you think might be interested!
Additional details:
The survey should take 10-15 minutes. I am hoping that the results will inform a deeper exploration of possible pedagogical activities or use of technology to improve student recall, understanding and application of FBS and systems knowledge. Your answers will be anonymous. I will analyze the data and submit my findings for evaluation to my course instructor. If you are interested, I would be happy to share my analyses with you once they are complete - I will be following up with @Penny Schnarrs for opportunities to share the results once the project is complete, but please reply to this thread if you have interest in the results and I will make sure to follow up with you directly as well.
Thank you very much for your time and feedback!
