Pollsters and survey companies have discovered an interesting trend now that everyone is staying home: people now pick up the phone when they call. Response rates have even risen among people in typically tough-to-reach demographics, such as young people and those without college degrees. Seniors and people who live alone are staying on the phone longer to engage in much-needed conversation.
Perhaps there are learnings here for the health care community, especially for ongoing care management for patients with chronic conditions or who are at risk. Do you think there might be a trend worth discussing here?
