    Good afternoon -

We've begun an initiative to help raise awareness in our healthcare professionals and to provide tactics to remain safe in these challenging times. The usual conversation about alerts on high-risk patients, de-escalation training, and metal detectors at the doors came up in the conversation. I am wondering what others have done and what have you found to be effective (or ineffective if you're willing to share)?

    Thanks,
    Tony

    Tony,

Thanks so much for posting this question.  This issue has been a topic of great interest to the CMO Steering Committee as we just devoted a meeting to discussing what institutions were doing to address the issues you raised.  We have collected information on what some institutions are doing, if you want to reach out we can get that to you.

@Michael Charness @Joseph Chang - Can you provide a little about what you're doing?
