Last month, we sent a note out to the AAMC Action community asking you to share your stories and experiences throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. In the weeks since, we've received hundreds of thoughtful, meaningful responses.

Many spoke up in response to the health disparities and racial inequity magnified by this pandemic. Others shared accounts of how their day-to-day work has evolved over the course of just a few weeks and months. Several others highlighted the creative ways they've been able to contribute beyond direct patient care - through research initiatives or volunteering to help those most vulnerable.

Sharing experiences like these is so important right now. We are so inspired by the academic medicine community's response to the moment we're in now, as well as our collective responsibility to shape the future of patient care and medical research.
If you still want to submit your own story, we'd love to hear from you: https://action.aamc.org/tell-us Thanks for all of your contributions to this community.
