Dear Colleagues,
Exciting news! Applications are now open for this year's AAMC's Grant Writers Coaching Group for NIH Awards, designed to support faculty underrepresented in academic medicine in enhancing their grant proposal writing skills. This intensive 1-day in-person workshop on June 12 is ideal for those actively engaged in K or R grant proposals.
Additional virtual online learning sessions and continued peer review will be available over 3-4 months after the conclusion of the in-person workshop to further strengthen grant proposals.
The workshop, led by Gustavo A. Arrizabalaga, PhD, Professor and Assistant Dean for Faculty Affairs and Professional Development at the Indiana University School of Medicine, is just the beginning of our 2024 Minority Faculty Leadership Development Seminar.
