    Greetings! 

    The Association of American Medical Colleges invites you to register for Diversifying the Next Generation of Doctors: CareerFair and Workshops. This free event will be hosted on Saturday, November 9th, at the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC), Building B. 

    The fair gives representatives from medical school admissions, diversity affairs, and biomedical science training programs a valuable opportunity to engage a diverse group of students and to share information about their institutions and programs. We also invite AAMC partners in the health professions to attend and engage students. 

    Attendees will get the opportunity to:

    • Meet diversity affairs, admissions, PhD/ MD-PhD program directors or administrators from U.S. medical schools along with other health professions school administrators;
    • Hear panel discussions about the pathways to become a physician or medical researchers;
    • Learn about Aspiring Docs, Summer Health Professions Education Program (SHPEP), Medical College Admission Test (MCAT), and other AAMC services;
    • Participate in hands-on medical and health activities

    Who Should Attend?

    • All high school and college students interested in medicine and the biomedical sciences are welcomed.
    • Individuals who are completing a post-bachelorette degree, completing a gap year or switching careers are also welcome to attend.

    DATE: Saturday, November 9th 

    LOCATION: Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC), Building B

    TIME: 8:30 - 4:30 p.m. PT 

    As a reminder, recruiters should select a career fair table during the registration for the annual meeting.

    The Recruitment Fair is a highlight of Diversifying the Next Generation of Doctors: Career Fair and Workshops. Recruiters can register through the Learn Serve Lead 2024 registration portal. During registration, you will have the option to purchase a recruitment table.
