I am sharing our latest poll brief about civic engagement and health and sharing the Medpage Today Op-Ed produced by @Heather Pierce, JD, MPH.
The poll showed that most American adults believe in the importance of voting, yet we know that U.S. voter turnout lags behind peer countries. Voting is a function of voter registration and so expanding the settings where registration services are offered is key. Health care settings are not top of mind when it comes to such services but read the poll to learn about efforts trying to bridge health, health care and an inclusive democracy.
