Good Morning Everyone,
Does anyone in this community have experience with structured programs or initiatives that "buy out" protected time of faculty to dedicate it student research mentorship? It would be wonderful to hear from the community to see if anyone has instituted similar programs with success, or if anyone has other successful frameworks for linking students with faculty research mentors.
