    Read the RIME Supplement 

    The complete 2022 Research in Medical Education (RIME) supplement is now available on the Academic Medicine website. It includes the research and review papers as well as the research and innovation abstracts. All are free to read and download. Interviews with several RIME paper authors are also featured on the Academic Medicine Podcast

    Attend Learn Serve Lead 2022: The AAMC Annual Meeting  

    Register for the meeting and view the complete schedule of events, including:  

    • Presentations by RIME authors of their research and review papers. These will take place throughout the meeting and are labeled as "Research in Medical Education (RIME)" in the meeting program. 
    • RIME Address: Unspoken Pedagogy: Exploring How and Why Clinical Supervisors Allow Failure for Learning by Jennifer Klasen, MD, MME. This will take place Nov. 14 at 3:00 p.m. CT. 
    • Posters-Up and Wine-Down Reception to view medical education posters and chat with the authors. This will take place Nov. 14 at 6:00 p.m. CT. 
    • Concurrent, plenary, and Voices of Medicine and Society sessions addressing key issues in medical education. These will take place throughout the meeting and are tagged as "Medical Education and Learners" in the meeting program. Highlights include: 
      • Constructing an Equitable, Inclusive, and Anti-racist Learning Environment, Nov. 12 at 10:30 a.m. CT 
      • Moving Forward in the New Era of Pass-Fail USMLE Step 1, Nov. 12 at 3:15 p.m. CT 
      • Clinical Skills Assessment Standardization - The CLASS Project, Nov. 14 at 10:30 a.m. CT 
      • AAMC's Community-Wide Response to the Coalition for Physician Accountability's UGRC Recommendations, Nov. 14 at 1:15 p.m. CT
