Hello,
We are long-standing Examsoft users. We are experiencing issues with the latest updates to Examplify, the student software. The most recent version, 3.8, has uninstalled Examplify on select users laptops. Users then must re-name the Examsoft folder in the programs folder to include ".old." We have had some interference with exam uploads as well.
Has anyone had issues with this software in a bring-your-own-device environment? Our students use Windows computers, purchased from our institution. the computers are not attached to our institution's domain.
