I am a newly appointed Faculty Affairs Dean. One work product will be a useful tool to evaluate Department Chairs--similar to a 360-degree evaluation. I wonder if others in this role would be willing to share their thoughts on the evaluation tool, appropriate vendors for these evaluation tools or even share what you are using?
