    I am a newly appointed Faculty Affairs Dean.  One work product will be a useful tool to evaluate Department Chairs--similar to a 360-degree evaluation.  I wonder if others in this role would be willing to share their thoughts on the evaluation tool, appropriate vendors for these evaluation tools or even share what you are using?

    We do not currently use 360s. I'm very interested in what you decide/gather info on - wondering if you may be able to share?
