    Good Afternoon All, 

    I hope that you are well.  Dr. Calvin Mackie recently published an article (Diversity In STEM Is A Matter Of Life And Death) that discusses the intersection of health inequities and the need for more diversity in the STEM.  He notes the problems associated with racial calibration in medical technologies and other pressing issues relevant to deconstructing what has become normalized in the culture of medicine.
