    Hello everyone,

Does anyone have a recommendation for a software or web platform your schools uses to verify, manage and store student immunization records? I'd love to hear what programs other schools are using!

    Good morning Sherry,

We switched over to CastleBranch last year for our 1200ish medical students. Before CB it was a completely manual process. The software helped us automate/offload a lot of the work to CastleBranch. The main complaint for me is that since we have started they don't have automatic notifications that go out to students when they have a requirement overdue on their account. This to me should be a central piece to any immunization compliance software. They keep stringing us along saying it is high priority but it's been over a year. We have created work arounds but, that is my main complaint. Positives are that it reduces work on our side by hundreds of hours since we don't have to verify immunization records anymore, drastically improved response time and get our students compliant earlier.

Greetings! I have less detail to share. However, the Sr. Associate Dean of Student Affairs and Wellbeing at the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine confirms that we have been pleased with Exxat as a compliance system.
