Indeed, today is a wonderful day to acknowledge the progress and the places where women have made tremendous strides for themselves, for their families, and for our communities. I must also acknowledge the areas where women continue to be held back from realizing their fullest potential. On March 8 and every day, let's all commit to giving voice to women and girls everywhere, and helping their collective light to shine!
