    Did you know the new AAMC CORE Leadership Development portfolio offers a learning pathway for individuals in academic medicine and science that advances fundamental leadership skills at four unique levels? Discover how the new portfolio can empower you to create meaningful change at every stage of leadership-Explore the programs and take your next step today!  

    • Cultivate self-awareness and personal effectiveness in the Elevate Your Potential program for those "Leading Self", including individual contributors, new and aspiring leaders, and those with no formal training. This foundational program will pilot virtually in early 2025 at a reduced rate as we gather your feedback to refine the program's curriculum and activities. Register now!

    • Enhance collaboration and effective team dynamics in the second CORE program for those "Leading Others and Teams." As part of our data-gathering phase, the AAMC is surveying individuals in leadership and management roles. Those insights will help us design a curriculum focused on the critical skills needed for effective leadership.   

    • Lead through change and shape culture with the Leading for Impact program for those "Leading a Department, Unit, or Mission." This inaugural program will launch in early February and offers skill enrichment, action planning, and peer collaboration to help you align goals with strategy and execute strategic priorities.
