I am excited to share an opportunity for health equity experts to support United Against Inequities in Disease, the oldest national student 501(c)3 nonprofit focused on health equity in the country (uaid.org).
The organization is seeking mentors with experience in academic research and/or health equity practice to provide valuable guidance to students who embark on projects to eliminate health inequities in their own local communities and share their work via research posters, papers, and presentations. The time commitment requested for this unique, rewarding mentorship opportunity is only 25 hours/year!
Please find more information about the UAID Health Equity Research Mentor and UAID Health Equity Practice Mentor roles here: uaid.org/mentor-interest-form.
Submissions are due by July 15th. Please feel free to share with your networks!
