    The COVID-19 pandemic transformed care delivery with telehealth becoming a fundamental tool for health systems and providers to meet access challenges. The AAMC and Vizient sought insights from telehealth and primary care leaders, physicians, and staff in health systems with varying levels of telehealth usage in primary care to understand effective strategies to sustain and optimize telehealth usage within primary care. Effective strategies outlined in this report can be utilized by health systems and primary care leaders working to expand and further leverage telehealth within their primary care services.
