Our team just published a new curriculum data snapshot: Nutrition in Medical Education Curricula: A Recipe for Increased Competency-Based Teaching and Learning. Check out the full report to learn more about key findings around nutrition in Med Ed curricula from the 2023-24 Curriculum SCOPE Survey. One key finding is that 100% of responding U.S. and Canadian medical schools include nutrition in their required curricula-up from 89% five years ago.

In addition to this new report, the team here at AAMC created a resource bundle that offers a range of curated tools and resources to help medical educators further strengthen nutrition curriculum. Explore the selection and feel free to reply to this thread with nutrition-related resources of your own!

Are any of your schools adopting integrated curricular models for nutrition that span all years of training rather than isolated modules? Given the shift to competency-based learning, I'd love to hear from you about your experiences and ideas around all this!
