ARE YOU INTERESTED IN ENRICHING YOUR MEDICAL SCHOOL OBESITY CURRICULUM?
A select group of obesity experts have created a competency-based obesity education curriculum. The long-term mission is to empower and support medical schools across the nation to successfully integrate evidence-based obesity content into their curriculum. We are currently accepting applications from US medical schools to participate in a 2-year quality improvement (QI) project to evaluate and optimize these curated obesity educational materials with input from you. Participating schools must currently have minimal obesity coverage in their curriculum, an explicit desire and capacity to expand coverage of the science and practice of obesity, and a commitment from their Dean of Education to increase the obesity education footprint in the curriculum. Participating faculty will be compensated for their time and involvement.
