    As we evaluate a potential acquisition, I'm looking to see if anyone has a due diligence checklist or framework specifically focused on physician billing compliance.

    We're particularly interested in understanding what documentation, coding, and billing elements should be reviewed or requested during the process. If you've gone through a similar acquisition or have resources that outline key compliance considerations-such as coding accuracy, modifier usage, audit history, payer-specific requirements, or billing workflows-I'd greatly appreciate any insights or tools you're willing to share.
