While not necessarily specific to issues of COF concern, I value the experience and wisdom of this group, thus my question. There is a new regulation that prohibits the sending of certain types of data to certain nations and/or individuals if it is above a certain number of cases. While involving many components of the institution, management/coordination of this will be the responsibility of my office and am reaching out to you all to ask: Has your institution developed (or are in the process of developing) policies and procedures to meet the requirements of this new regulation.
