    Burnout is pervasive in the field of medicine, yet so many dedicated medical professionals continue to show up for their patients and colleagues day after day. AAMCNews wants to hear from medical students and practicing physicians about their reasons for choosing medicine or for staying in the medical field, despite the challenges they face. The AAMCNews team will review the responses and reach out to those individuals the editors would like to interview further.
