Through the Alliance of Academic Health Centers International (www.aahci.org), the AAMC membership connects with more than 60 academic health centers outside North America. All AAHCI and AAMC members are invited to attend AAHCI's signature convening - the 2026 Global Innovation Forum (GIF) - to be held April 20-22, 2026, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Organized around the theme People, Purpose, Progress: Reimagining the Business of Academic Health Centers, the Forum will bring together senior academic health leaders from around the world to examine shared challenges and emerging approaches, including the future health workforce and academic health center models - what is working, where, and why. Current and aspiring leaders are invited to join peers in this timely, globally informed dialogue.
