Register for Restorative Justice in Academic Medicine (RJAM) Facilitator Training
The ability to address conflicts effectively and repair harm is essential for building inclusive, equitable, and thriving academic communities. RJAM welcomes faculty and staff who would like to learn a relational framework that can help them navigate difficult issues and effectively respond to individual and communal harm in ways that support active accountability, deeper understanding, shared decision making, and the prevention of future harms. The three-days in-person training is scheduled on February 19-21 at AAMC Headquarters in Washington, DC. This training also includes two follow-up mentoring and coaching sessions with RJAM facilitators and two AAMC IDEAS workshops on program implementation and evaluation.
