We are thrilled to invite you to the 5th Annual Disability Advocacy Coalition in Medicine (DAC Med) National Virtual Conference on Saturday, October 18, 2025.
Registration is free of charge and can be completed using this form. This is a virtual conference, and a Zoom link will be provided after the registration form is completed. You can choose to attend the full conference (and we hope you do!) or participate in parts of it.

This year's conference theme is "Reimagining Clinical Excellence: How Disability Makes Medicine Better." The conference will feature keynote speaker Dr. Lisa Meeks, Clinical Professor at the University of Illinois College of Medicine and co-founder of the Docs with Disabilities Initiative. We will also hear from speaker Dr. Rishi Agrawal, a pediatrician and disability advocate at La Rabida Children's Hospital, and experts on the panel "Integrating Disability into Medical Education: From Awareness to Action."
DAC Med is a trainee-led group dedicated to mitigating ableism in healthcare through education, support, programming, research, networking, and outreach. Founded at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, DAC Med now operates with both Northwestern and national leadership.
