    Hello! Residents have recently voted to unionize at our institution. We do not have a new contract for residents, as that scheduled mediation has not occurred yet. Does anyone have collective bargaining unit contracts that we could learn from or best practices/advice/tips?

    The SEIU's Committee of Interns and Residents has contracts available to search by hospital on their Benefits page - https://www.cirseiu.org/benefits/.
