    Good afternoon!

Today, I was delighted to welcome 45 faculty, staff, and administrators to our Restorative Justice in Academic Medicine (RJAM) Facilitator Training program at AAMC. I'm so thankful for our partners at the University of San Diego Center for Restorative Justice for designing and delivering the workshop.

During their time at AAMC this week, these courageous leaders will learn about the philosophies, practices, and principles of the Restorative Justice process for building trust and repairing harm. At the end of the week, they will go back to their institutions with the tools to make transformative change.

If you're interested in learning more, I hope you will consider joining us at our next RJAM Facilitator Training in February 2023.

Have you used restorative justice practices in advancing your DEI efforts?
