In addition to my academic roles as Associate Program Director and simulation educator, I am also a certified professional coach and have a coaching company called Transforming Healthcare Coaching, available for consulting and coaching for leaders in development. Much of my philosophy has interwoven cognitive science and mentoring/ educators' heart, along with coaching science and methods.
