    Dear RJ AAMC Colleagues,

We are inviting individuals employed in higher education who work directly in DEI, EEO, or Title IX or VII offices, as well as administrative leaders with positional authority and experience in conflict management (e.g., those working in HR, Dean of Students, Dean of the Faculty, Ombuds, Provost, etc.) to take a 14-minute survey

The survey will ask about your experience working to resolve conflicts within DEI, EEO, Title IX or VII or other conflict management systems in place at your institution.

The survey is part of a study entitled "De-Siloing Sexual Harassment Prevention and Discrimination Intervention in Higher Education" that seeks to understand the competing and sometimes contradictory demands of sexual harassment prevention and discrimination intervention.

Drs. Elizabeth Quay Hutchison, from the History Department at UNM, M. Gabriela Torres, Wheaton College (MA), and Nelia Viveiros at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus are jointly co-PIs of this study. This study is funded by the Center for Institutional Courage.

This will not collect identifiable information such as names, position, location of interviewee. Your participation in this research survey is completely voluntary. You may stop responding at any time without penalty. Participants can request their data not be used for research by contacting any of the PIs.
