Dear colleagues,
I am supporting a student-led summer research project for the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. The goal of the project is to assess and improve course and faculty evaluation processes at our institution. We ask students to complete a lot of surveys! To help us design a proposal to streamline our evaluations, we would appreciate YOUR participation in this survey, which aims to capture information on how other medical schools engage students with course and faculty evaluations throughout the pre-clinical phase. We hope to identify practice standards across medical schools and gain insights into how institutions can minimize student, staff, and faculty burden and maximize actionable feedback. Data from this survey will be used strictly to support internal continuous quality improvement efforts.
