The Mid-Career Leadership Accelerator Program, for recently promoted Associate Professors, is a six-month experience designed to cultivate leadership excellence in academic medicine.
This transformative program is tailored to support ALL faculty navigating the pivotal transition into mid-career leadership roles. Participants will engage in six interactive webinars and six group coaching sessions. Each webinar is focused on essential leadership competencies such as developing an effective network, career advancement, developing and supporting others, conflict management, working in teams, and financial literacy. The webinars are presented by renowned coaches and experts in academic medicine to help faculty navigate mid-career dynamics. In addition to the webinars, the group coaching experience fosters peer connection, accountability and promotes deeper learning.
