Hi Julie - the slidedecks from the event will be in the
Cvent event app for the next two weeks (those that were approved to share). You can download them from there or contact the speakers directly in that app before it closes. We will also share a few highlights here in on the
Learn Serve Lead Resource Bundle when they become available.
@Pamela Sharif - can you confirm the powerpoint slidedeck presentations will be in the Cvent app and the timing?

Hello,
The conference has been wonderful thus far!
I am struggling to find the PowerPoints for each of the sessions I have attended. I have notes, but would love to have access to the PowerPoints as well as a resource. If you could point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

Headed to Nashville later this week? We've got some tips on how to make the most of your conference experience:
- Protect your time. Clear your calendar of meetings and conference calls so you won't miss conference sessions. Set your out of office email reply.
- Prioritize networking. Connect with other participants at networking events, breakout sessions and refreshment breaks. Reach out to other attendees you know and introduce yourself to new people you meet who share your interests (and invite them to join you here in the virtual communities!)
- Be an active learner by taking notes during sessions and discussing what you've learned with others afterward. Want to help crowdsource notes? Use this document to share your notes. Final document will be shared here in the community.
- Note that many of the slide presentations will be available in the meeting mobile app.
- Find out which staff colleagues from your institution are also attending the meeting (you can search the directory in the conference app). Or sound off below if you plan to attend. Plan for a staff dinner in Nashville. Or divide and conquer the agenda by splitting up to attend as many different sessions as possible; share what you have learned with each other when you return home.
- Stop by the exhibitors and pavilion to get some swag from the Virtual Communities team (and say hello in person!) and don't forget to wear your "Meet me in the Virtual Communities" ribbon on your nametag to help connect after the event.
- Keep an eye on our new Learn Serve Lead Resource Bundle for highlights and updates. We will curate resources from key sessions and discussions during the meeting, and whether you're a longtime attendee or new to Learn Serve Lead, you'll have the opportunity to share your perspective.
- Look out for our new book club sessions around Learn Serve Lead books.
And dress in layers because conference room temperatures can differ dramatically. We can't wait to see you!
