Hello all - @Lloyd Michener had asked for some help posting this upcoming event notice for the community. My sincere thanks to Lloyd for being such a great resource and connection for so many in the community! Below is more information about the event.

The Equitable Long-Term Recovery and Resilience Interagency Workgroup is excited to announce the release of the Federal Plan for Equitable Long-Term Recovery and Resilience (ELTRR). The Plan lays out an actionable, whole-of-government approach and framework to equitably strengthen the resilience and well-being of the nation so all individuals and communities can thrive.

The Plan was initiated in Spring 2020 under the COVID-19 Federal Incident Response Plan as a unified response to the pandemic and accompanying economic crisis, which rapidly revealed the effects of long-standing disparities and inequities that impact communities and the support systems that touch every aspect of our lives. The Plan addresses the deep disparities in health, well-being, and economic opportunity that were laid bare during the COVID-19 pandemic. Developed by an Interagency Workgroup composed of senior career staff from more than 35 federal departments and agencies, the group mapped out opportunities for collaboration across government agencies with the vision: "All people and places thriving, no exceptions."

Please join us on Wednesday, December 14, 2022, from 1-2 p.m. ET for a partner's briefing to learn more about the Plan and identify synergies with work you are leading. Together, we can improve resilience and well-being nationwide!
